What Should I Bring to My First Visit, and How Long Will It Take?
For your first visit, please bring your photo ID, insurance card, and any previous dental records or x-rays you may have. Ease your visit by completing our new patient forms online (click here), streamlining the process, and saving valuable time during your appointment. Your first visit will take about 90 minutes , during which we will perform a comprehensive exam and maybe able to start treatment.
